i guess i should also mention the coach but i do not know the name nor praxis (not yet anyway)
i jsut found that this particular speech was inspiring cos let's face it we should all have goals and aims that are reachable, and those that arent we should strive to reach..not just have unreachable aim that soon or later we abandon, or never even try to reach

One of the many reasons I love Praxis! From our coach:
"Here's the start of our 2nd Cycle here at Praxis. This one is 10 weeks long and will go through the end of the year. I have planned to do some fun stuff this cycle. Here's what you can look forward to: Monday: Squatting Tuesday: Pressing Wednesday: Longer workout Thursday: Pulling Friday: Pressing In addition to this basic strength template, you can look forward to work on Handstands and muscle up progressions, fine motor skills work (this could include precise motor skills, sign language, drawing, juggling, balance work, etc). We are running out of time to do running but we're going to keep it going as long as the weather stays above freezing and there isn't ice on the ground. What I want you to consider during this next cycle is this: what is important during each cycle we program. We lvoe making gains, we love getting stronger every week. However, what's even more important is having the ability to move better throughout life. We say this a lot, but if you watch sports, any sport, what you'll find is that the people who do the best continually move the best. Sometimes at the lower levels of sports, a freakishly strong athlete or fast person will win. But more often than not, those folks will go on to get beat by people who spent the time to move better. It's a long life ahead folks (assuming that you survive when the zombies hit us). Learn to move better, save yourself some injuries, and start thinking about your futures. It's for the kids."
so that's that...
what shall i take from this, a regular routine, a fullfilling routine, something with enough mouvement (sport) that you fill you've reached enough outburst of energy to focus on something you love, and enough inspiration from art or new knowledge to gain wisdom
