Apologies for missing the blog monday was a burial of my great aunt and tough
and not mych available to do anything let alone blog
but as i did not want to do 10' of body builders exercises (image to follow)
i did my Challenge 30 abs and squats day 6, 7 and 8
mighty proud of that
yesterday DAY 9 was the 45 mn cardio that i replaced with 2 1/2 hours of tennis
still did my 30 sit ups, 30 reverse crunches and 55 squats (ouch)
today
DAY 10 challenge 2:
is body builders 's day and abs challenge
this I managed 44 and for the bonus challenge
1'plank position with a take away cup in between your arms,
i managed to tap the cup 60 times
not bad
onto my challenge 1 now
30 sit ups
30 regular crunches
55 squats
good luck ;)
